Description

Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation practice designed to bring you to an alpha state, the brain frequency that connects conscious thought with the subconscious mind. In this meditation the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex are activated to inspire deep focus and concentration during the practice and beyond. This meditation is a complete rest for the nervous system. Even as little as a half hour in this state can be more effective than napping for three hours. It increases the density of the gray matter in your brain, which is essential tissue responsible for processing and interpreting the world.

Enjoy this incredible beneficial and restful practice on the farm, amongst the beauty of the natural world. This practice is 40 minutes long. It will include gentle movement, meditation practice, and self inquiry journaling if you should choose. The last 20 minutes will be spent snuggling the goats in the goat pen.
