Here are our birthday party details:
We need parents/guardians of all of the children attending to sign anelectronic waiver.
There needs to be an adult to kid ratio of 1:4, not including the NVF staff member.
There will be one NVF Staff member there for 2 hrs, though the party is welcome to stay longer than the staffed 2 hrs, walking the trails, using our lunch spots like Little Stick Fort, etc.
At the beginning of the party, the NVF staff member will start with a brief orientation to where to find things at the farm, and some basic safety guidelines.
During the staffed 2 hrs, the staff member will guide the party group through interactions with animals and other experiences at the farm. The farm itself is the entertainment, the staff member is not in charge of running games or captaining the entertainment of the kids.
You are welcome to decorate the farm how you'd like to and bring all the food you'd like to.
In case of rain, we have the barn, the hayloft, and the greenhouse as indoor options.
We appreciate party hosts leaving the farm as they found it and disposing of all trash, party decorations etc. following the event.
